Kombu dashi soup with Bacon, mushroom and onion
When exquisite Umami of Kombu seaweed and bonito flakes meets Bacon's Umami, delicious soup is ready! This soup has comforting flavor.
- Cut bacon into a bite size and onion into thin slice.
- Pour olive oil on a frying pan and fry bacon with medium heat. when bacon is cooked , add onion and shimeji mushroom for 1-2 min.
- When all the ingredients are cooked, add Dashi stock (Ichiban-Dashi / First Dashi) and [seasonings] and put on low heat until it boils.
