  1. Cut bacon into a bite size and onion into thin slice.
  2. Pour olive oil on a frying pan and fry bacon with medium heat. when bacon is cooked , add onion and shimeji mushroom for 1-2 min.
  3. When all the ingredients are cooked, add Dashi stock (Ichiban-Dashi / First Dashi) and [seasonings] and put on low heat until it boils.
