Yakisoba noodle with "Seaweed Salad ON THE GO"
Seaweed Salad on the Go with Chukka noodle. Can taste the different texture from ordinal noodle by mixing with stem wakame and noodle.
- Please prepare the "Seaweed Salad ON THE GO" and set aside.
- Add water over the seaweed and let it soak for 5 minutes.
- Place the sheet on top of the cup and carefully drain the water.
- Lightly loosen pre-steamed chukka noodle.
- Stir-fry the noodle in frying-pan and pour 1/4 cup of water over the noodle.
- Turn down the heat to low and steam for a few minutes.
- Add the dressing and the reconstituted "Seaweed Salad ON THE GO".
- Stir-fry for a few minutes.
