Information Pertaining to the Nuclear Radiation Test

The current Japanese Delight products in stores and in production, made by Kurakon, uses kombu that was cultivated in 2010, prior to the Earthquake and the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident. Further precaution has been taken by administering a nuclear radiation test conducted by Japan Food Research Laboratories and the results have confirmed the safety of our products. We will continue to test our products to insure the safety for our loyal customers.
